PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO MAKING A BOOKING.

• Cadogan Country House is strictly non-smoking.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Upon enquiry, guests are welcome to bring horses that can stay at no extra charge during their stay.

• No parties.

• A maximum of 10 guests, including children, may stay at Cadogan Country House.

• Cadogan Country House is not suitable for infants or children under the age of four years old.

• No fires are to be lit outside apart from within the firepits provided.

• Guests are responsible for all visitors.

• Minimum 2-night stay is required for all bookings.

• Minimum 3-night stay is required during public holidays or special events.

• A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking with the remainder required 2 weeks prior to arrival.

• Cancellations 8 weeks or less prior to the booking are non-refundable if dates cannot be re-sold to someone else. 

• In the unlikely, and regrettable event that management cancels, 100% of paid funds will be refunded, and management will assist rebooking the customer into alternative accommodation.

• We ask all guests to leave Cadogan Country House in the same condition they find it. 

• Guests are asked not to remove make up with the towels as it is very hard to remove these stains.

• No bookings will be accepted by guests who are under the age of 25 unless accompanied by an older adult.

• Guests must ensure all windows and doors are closed when leaving the property and that the umbrella on the deck is closed and covered when not in use and during windy weather.

• Guests must inform the owners of any breakages or damage as soon as possible.

• The owners take no responsibility for personal property.

• No high heels on the wooden floors please and preferably no shoes to be worn in the house.

• As we are in a rural location, unlimited Wifi is not available to us in this area. We have allocated a reasonable 50GB of data per stay to ensure all our guests are catered for.

• Cadogan Country House is located on a working farm and as a result there are the normal risks and hazards that you would expect on any similar property, (trip hazards, barbed wire fences, protective animals and snakes, spiders etc.).

• Children must be supervised at all times. It is the guest’s responsibility to conduct their own risk assessment and contact us if anything of concern is discovered.

• Cattle are moved regularly to new paddocks around the property. Please inform us when planning to walk across the property so we may direct you via the safest route to avoid walking through paddocks containing cattle.

• Always leave paddock gates closed. 

• Cadogan Country House has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. It is a condition that guests respect the property and adhere to the terms and conditions. Any breach of these rules may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately and forfeit booking fees.
